I made the mistake of booking at a location that wasn’t at the airport. Cost us $35 for a taxi. Due to Covid they wouldn’t pick us up. That’s lame. Shuttles run. They would have gotten 5 stars otherwise.10.0 Wonderful

Noticed after reviewing the bill that we were charged an extra $18/hour when we returned the car 2 minutes past 2 o'clock. Nothing was said about the charge during the closing process (just slipped in). Not very transparent.10.0 Wonderful

Honestly it’s an airport thing it was confusing after we returned the car to the airport to know who to report to next! Eventually scar was circling with a very nice guy and he checked the car back in but there was10 minutes of wondering first.7.6 Good

I asked for a shovel as St John’s Newfoundland has just received 20-20 cm snow. They said that they didn’t provide shovels. I had already paid $20 for four snow tires to be installed. I told the individual in charge that I had just had shovel my way out to come ask for a shovel when I realized that the car didn’t have one. We had to look for ways around to avoid windows left by plies or just uncleared streets as we had no means to dig our shelves out of trouble short of buying a shovel if we could find one Roy10.0 Wonderful
