Pros:The majority of the concierge staff was nice and helpful. Some were not polite and even though communication wasn't impolite, their face expression would say it all and came across as if you were bothering them or made it seem like u were asking for too much. On a good note, the weather was really cold and appreciated how they had hot chocolate for guest and cups with lids. That made it very helpful for me as a mom as my kids were able to have some .
Cons:Did not like the cleaning staff. One in particular made a facial expression like she didn't care of my needs. I made the concierge aware and from there don't know but I continued to have issues with getting our room clean. With lil ones, u have to have a clean sanitized rm. Also, even when they clean, u can tell that no effort is placed in making sure it's sanitized as our shower curtain was dirty, underneath the sink was dusty, and I dropped an earring and was able to see that the very bottom was super dirty, hairs, and god knows what else. Overall cleaning, 1 star! I also don't think cleaning crew was unhappy with us due to that we would always step out the rm past 12pm and would let them know that they could clean and of course they wouldn't say yes or no and would give me a stare like "whatever". On one occasion our rm wasn't cleaned! My experience wasn't what I would have expected from a Hilton.
