Convient
It was close to my desired location. I only had to travel a few miles each day to get to the ranch. The staff was very friendly.
Rooms could be updated and re-carpeted instead of cutting patches and gluing them to the floor. Did not have a microwave until I requested one. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there. It was a fun weekend.

VERY dirty!
Staff was nice.
Room was filthy! Sheets had not been changed from previous guest, but also had holes in them. There were no towels in the room! The leg on the table was completely broken off. And something splattered all over the back of the door that was disgusting. By far one of the worst hotels.
