Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, with many describing the rooms as spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to accommodate special requests. The location was considered convenient by several guests, especially for airport access and proximity to key destinations. Comfortable beds and good value for the price were also noted as positives. However, some guests experienced issues such as noise from nearby flights or roads, lack of alcoholic beverages at the bar, and occasional lapses in service or room maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, the general sentiment was positive, especially regarding cleanliness and staff service.AI-generated from customer reviews
