Pros: The city suites is just a few minutes walk from the Arndale shopping Centre, lots of shop and restaurants. The studio apartment we stayed in was clean, spacious and the bed was extremely comfy. We would definitely stay here again!
7.5 Good
Pros: Property was very nice but a few teething problems but would stay again. The pool facility was lovely always very clean.
Cons: not really child friendly my young son was stood near the lamp when it shattered all over his hands he got a small cut from this happening. We also found what we believe is a calcium blocker tablet which my young son nearly put in his mouth. The light by the door as you first walk in was also faulty and was flickering all the time. I was in bed and the maintenance man just walked in without knocking. I also do not agree on the 7day policy to have the apartment cleaned.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the set up of the room, the classical music on arrival, and the aroma (bergamot) in the room. Space and comfort was perfect after a long drive.
Cons: I could hear the guest in the next room (thin walls) and layout for using coffee/kettle could be better placed, plus the lamps in the lounge area of the room were not working for some reason.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and wonderful service always friendly and willing to help. Lovely rooms and great bar.
Cons: Like anything coild have been a bit cheaper. Had to change from sat to a friday as a wedding party had the bar booked. Found out it would have been cheaper if i cancelled then re booked.

Pros: I loved the big double bed.. it was so high up i had to jump to get into it..but it was so comfy and the sheets were so soft. The room was decorated beautifully and very clean
Cons: The only comment i have is that the shower was one that was tricky to use if you didn't want to wash your hair too. Providing shower caps would be a simple solution :-)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was immaculate!! So comfortable. Everything that you would hope for and more. The owners were fantastic. My husband was doing the 10k run and collapsed. I was waiting for news of how he was in the room and the owners couldnt have been more supportive. They offered to run me to see him, offered me food and told me not to worry about vacating the room. Diane even gave me a hug when I was upset. Outstanding!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Classy decor, clean throughout. Location is great in central manchester. Rooms are well equipped, we had cheapest room but it still had a bathroom bigger than most hotel rooms in manchester! Coffee maker, bug tv, comfy bed. Hotel gas a rooftop bar with table service which was excellent. Staff are bang in form!
Cons: Oh hotel gotham... those drinks prices! Its expensive! Two cocktails and a bowl of crisps came to over thirty pounds! They were lovely, but you would expect them to be for that price!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. And I've stayed in a LOT of hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What an absolutely fabulous themed hotel.I loved all the little additions to authenticate its namesake. I loved the newspapers pointing out the rooms. I liked the security aspects of swiping the keys to allow you to your room. The guys on consierge were so helpful and attention to detail was superb. They parked our car for us and when we got back to the hotel after shopping all day they had already put our suitcases into our car. Absolutely brilliant customer care. The girls on the reception were smilling and helpful and even though we were in a quewe they still acknowledged us. We spent a few hours in the bar upstairs and again the staff were exceptional .I have stayed in some pretty amazing hotels all around the world but this is definatly one of my favourites. The only negative I have is that our room was very small and the bed was pushed up against the wall but I was told that it was the last room in the hotel that I could book and was told that it was a small room. Overall a brilliant stay . Well done . Kind Regards Elaine Charles
Cons: Alarger room would have been preferable.
5.8 Okay

Pros: The guys on the door are fantastic..
Cons: The service at breakfast was exceptionally poor as was the food which was very disappointing. When I mentioned this when checking out she just said she would speak to the staff and did not apologise.

Cons: Was a little chilly on a night
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location,staff,comfort,bar open til 2am.
Cons: TV in room was not working properly. Better variety of bar food than just ham and cheese toasties.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, room was clean, nice bathroom. Good bar. Location good for Picadilly Station and the free bus service.
Cons: Breakfast looked good but was pricey at £9.50, I didn't try it. Room 5/44 was a bit noisy from the trams.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The television screen
Cons: The pillows
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Very clean. Lovely bar. Great room. Definitely be back!
Cons: Limited storage for bags and clothes was the only downside
7.7 Good
Pros: The location is excellent, just opposite to the train station. Room is very small but has been designed to include all the necessary facilities. Plenty of power sockets for laptop, mobile, etc. Wifi was free, reliable and of reasonable speed. Ample provision of tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff and a good system for luggage storage in the hotel lobby.
Cons: Noise insulation isn't that good as I could hear people speaking in the other room, etc. The stool for the work desk was not suitable for me to do much work as it was tiring without a back support. Occasionally, housekeeping wasn't to the standard required as I found the same pillowcases with my hair on it, carpet was not hoovered, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, modern rooms with decent beds, noon check out, very affordable price point. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: A little bit more information about the room would have been nice; maybe it's intuitive to others but I didn't realize I needed to put my card into a slot when I first walked in, or that the shower fan was controlled along with the thermostat, etc.

Pros: Great location, clean, friendly staff, everything was great highly recommended
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice and warm hotel and room Good location Comfy beds Good bathroom with shower Fast free wifi Tv Coffee and tea making facilities
Cons: Bit of a wait to check in No real welcome when checked in.. She just took the money and gave me receipt. Didn't say where room was, didn't advise on WiFi or breakfast or check out times. Basically nothing said. Also same girl on was there on check out and she was on the phone when I checked out and gestured to leave room swipe card down on desk and didn't stop talking. I was happy to wait until call was finished. This was my second stay and was total opposite check in and out experience compared to my first stay. Unsure if I would stay again. The cleaning staff were amazing though , as they were the first time.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent as I was there for a football match at old Trafford. I was very pleased to be offered a view of the old Trafford stadium which I didn't think I would get for the price I paid
Cons: There wasn't anything major that I didn't like. The shower in the bathroom was overhead however a shower cap was not provided. The bathroom had some wasted space, as I believe the shower area could have been made as a cubicle and the wall opposite could possibly have a longer towel rail. The current towel rail next to the sink is very small for the towels provided, therefore guest may not choose to keep existing towels for longer stays.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything about the hotels
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff and food.
Cons: Nothing.
9.6 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved every single thing about hotel football. From the hotel room, the service, the food, the view - everything was top class! And we loved our stay. Hopefully we will be back soon! :) Thank you.
Cons: Everything was perfect :)
7.1 Good
Pros: Location Food is good if a bit burger and pie limited
Cons: Looks a bit used and tired in places. Waiting staff pretty poor. Got order wrongs twice and very slow. Reception staff were good Missed a trick to make more of the theme unless you pay for the very best rooms.
7.4 Good
Pros: Tantastic Manchester United football atmosphere and hype before and after the game
Cons: The beds were a little small and of course on game days it's a bit pricey. They could use a better gym for a hotel dedicated to Sport

Pros: Fantastic location with great facilities. Room was large with a super comfortable bed.

Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: The open bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotels I've stayed in for a quite some time, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Who ever carries out the "staff training" has done an excellent job. We 1,000% be back.
Cons: It took me so long to stay for the first time as I've always stayed in a few different locations, I'll check out this hotel as a priority from now on. If I were to list a complaint it would be a blatant lie, cracking hotel.

Cons: We booked a suit got there realized it was small, stayed 2 nights and took an extra room.Day 3 we booked a two bedroom suit which really isn't it's just them bringing two rooms together. We were shown a suit with a balcony & since my artist is super claustrophobic and has a lot of luggage we agreed to that.Upon going to pay they claimed someone booked that particular room for 2 nights and we booked it right with them less than an hr ago for 3 nights. These super racist hotel people just because the person was black almost even lied they never showed us the room.We left the hotel and booked a huge 3 bedroom penthouse suit somewhere else.Mind u we had no issues we these people we just decided to leave after realizing it was more of a racist thing, I forgot to mention their services suck, they barely help with anything like umbrellas and opening doors smh we never even had a conversation with any one except the manager the day we left but go this email today claiming we were rude to their guests.

Asked for a part refund do to the inconvenience of having separate beds (which is also cheaper than booking a king size room), was not given one. Staff were not very accommodating when this problem arose and offered us 2 free drinks which in my opinion does not suffice the price difference of the rooms.
