Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near Surat station and found some staff members to be pleasant and helpful. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, old or scratchy towels, and unpleasant odors. Service was also criticized, with several guests reporting poor experiences at the front desk and unhelpful or rude staff. Noise disturbances, such as renovation work and traffic, were mentioned as disrupting sleep. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and noise control.
