I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.
I can't board the flight due to the K-ETA problem. You should inform the customer clearly a few days before the flight. I can't cancel/change the flight now. This is the worst experience in my life. I also never hear about this kind of bad experience. I won't use the booking system and the flight company anymore.
Pros: exit row seat was comfortable
Pros: We received great assistance at the check-in counter and were helped out even though we arrived late. The ground crew was actually great.
Cons: We only got water. Felt like a bus ride. Minimum comfort but fair for the price.
Pros: The ground staff and air crew were pleasant and professional.
Cons: The staff could have better managed the stowage of large carry-on luggage, which slowed boarding and threatened passenger safety..
Nicest and most professional crew!
Pros: The professional courtesy and efficient execution of the crew during the entire flight.
Cons: Boarding, kind of a controlled chaos when it started. People just line up and go! But it worked!
Baggage fees astronomical
Pros: Nothing stands out after shelling out over $300.oo US dollars for 3 bags. Our bags were first off the carousel
Cons: We had no prior notification of the fees, we assumed we had to pay for baggage but it cost more than the ticket. We upgraded to the "comfort seats" very narrow, in front with no legroom because of the bulkhead, We couldn't load first so our carry on we're behind us, a pain when getting off the plane.
The worst airline among all the cheap airline
Cons: A check in was over crowded , it's take almost 50 minutes . The check in counter persons have bad attitude with passenger . The service in- flight is horrible
can not check-in online
Pros: find no where to check-in online, and do know how much weight i can carry
Need Online Check In!
Pros: No online check in to expedite the process. Everyone had to wait in line for manual check in, which resulted in at least 30+min time lost which made it tight for boarding.
Cons: Online check in please.

KAYAK is a travel search engine, meaning that we continuously look across the web to find the best deals for our users. With over 2 billion flight queries processed yearly, we are able to display a variety of prices and options on flights from all airlines, including T'way Air.
Predominantly servicing international trips throughout the Asia region, T’way Air controls its operations from a primary base in Seoul. The South Korean airline offers domestic flights; however, routes to China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines are flown more often. A secondary hub in Seoul boosts the ability to offer these services.
T’way Air is one of the largest low-cost carriers in East Asia and has consolidated a strong customer base of budget-conscious international travelers. Amenities, such as meals and in-flight entertainment, are restricted in order to pass on competitive fares.
There is no class separation onboard as all passengers are seated within the singular Economy cabin. A side seat program allows customers to book a parallel seat to ensure comfortability and space. A carry-on bag weighing as much as 10 kg (approximately 22 lb) is permitted for each passenger, with an additional 15 kg (approximately 33 lb) of checked baggage. Personal items, such as laptops, handbags, mobility assistance devices and coats, can also be brought onboard, but they must not weigh more than the carry-on limit.
An exclusively Boeing fleet of aircraft is flown by the airline. One of the most commonly flown is the 737-800 model, a modern generation of the famous short-to-medium distance jet. It is configured to seat between 186 and 189 passengers. The fleet features an industry-standard white fuselage and a red stripe that extends along the roof and onto the tail. A special plane is decorated to celebrate South Korean rapper Sehun and has his face on the side of the jet.
