I booked using kayak which is a scam I chose a sea view room and paid extra but when I got to the hotel they said that I only booked a regular standard room "bait and switch" dont use these sites to book your room there's scam

Cons (-) I am not the up tight, stuck up type. You can take my word for it. This place is a cheap motel dump that they attempted to remodel on a cheap budget. they basically put lipstick on pig. and that was the superior room recently remodeled room. Pros (+) Location is the only good thing I found. But that is because it was only about three blocks from where I was to conduct my business.
Cons (-) This is a party hotel. The lobby, pool, bar, and hallways were full of loud drinking partying young people. The noise level was loud even inside the rooms well past midnight on weekdays. Room service was unable to deliver because their staff were all serving at the parties.

Pros (+) Balconies were amazing and pool/bar area was nice. Enjoyed having a shuttle to get around nearby and plenty of parking.
Cons (-) Hallways were dark and dated, but rooms were nice and renovated. Not much light in rooms and not enough outlets. No water overnight due to city repairs, then no hot water all morning when water came back on.

Cons (-) No free morning coffee in lobby. Restaurant needs updating, has limited menu, clam chowder in as mostly potatoes, and waiting 55 minutes for our food to be served, even though it was quiet.

Cons (-) We’ve stayed here multiple times.. but the management here need serious work.. Our room wasn’t clean at check in.. Thy booked us on the wrong side of the hotel after we paid for Bayview.. Bees in our drinks...glass in our 3 drink.. Just a really bad experience

Cons (-) Keep looking. Not worth the $$$. Water pressure really bad in toilet. Supposedly in a renovated room... beds were really worn... half outlets didn't work. Cute decor... but renovation is not good quality.
