Cons (-) I was told I was being upgraded to a larger room which meant they put me in the basement (didn’t realize it was a basement until I open the blinds and saw dirt and a sewer grate. Anyway, it was musty and to top it all of these cockroaches kept finding their way onto the bed. Pros (+) Super nice place and very kind and helpful staff. Really super value for such a nice place. Even the parking rate for garage downstairs was cheap. Nice free bottle of wine in room too.
