the location was very practical as close to wedding venue. Sunday roast very good as was 'specials board'

room offered poor value for money in comparison to similar venues we have stayed at. Only travel size kettle, no disposal facility for sanitary ware, no toilet roll holder, shower and surrounding walls in poor state of repair. Would not return or recommend to others

The location was halfway between the places we wanted to visit. It was easy to find and a very convenient place to stay. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

Paint was flaking from the walls in places and it desperately needs renovation. We were brought our main meals before the starters, then had to wait while the starters were prepared. The meal was tasty but spoiled by the poor waitering.

Not having a rigid start and finish time for breakfasts.

The lighting in the bedroom was very poor - difficult to read. T.V.reception was poor and channels not tuned into a logical sequence.

The staff were excellent, especially the male member of staff taking orders for breakfast on Sunday morning. Very cheery and helpful.

There were spiders and other insects in the room, and the "wet room" style bathroom was extremely grubby.
