Tight seats. Hot plane
Small seats with little leg room
First time of flying with Air Asia and great choice
Don't even offer water on a 5 and half hours flight. Its laughable one have to rent a blanket.
No free water. Water cost money in a currency that I didn’t have.
Pay for food on an almost 6 hour flight. Very tight space, I had to show my boarding pass for the food I paid and the blanket set. I had an online boarding pass, that didn’t work, I had to take out the printed boarding pass out of the overhead locker whilst my neighbour was eating, as I was sitting in a Center seat. The staff was very friendly and got my bag out but it didn’t make sense. As the online boarding pass was enough for the blanket set. But not for the food. Just to make a check on the piece of paper. I had a warm free meal on an one hour flight from BKK to Samui with Bangkok airways. So airasia just tries to save money where they can.
Pros: The flight got me to where I was going.
Cons: If you are.looking for some entertainment for a long flight, there will not be any.
Cons: They wake you up at 1am for breakfast. For a flight that lands at 4 AM you should just skip the meal service and let people sleep.
Cons: A boarding pastor next leg so that we didn't have to enter and leave Japan. The ggreeter n oskka couldn't find us the next leg lis
Pros: The flight attendants gave us an extra seat for our baby!
Cons: Cleanliness of the bathroom, seat tables, windows etc.
Pros: wines, beers and food served on board
Cons: Crowded seats, no entertainment and no provided food or beverages for a 7 hour flight. Air asia does not care about your comfort, they just want your money.
Immigration
Cons: My flight from Bangkok to Osaka was delayed 1hr, the agency provided me 2 total hours prior between flights however it also required I re-check in (Thai Air Asia to Air Asia X). This resulted in me having to go through immigration and customs merely to go to the departure counter and check in. I missed my flight from Osaka to Honolulu and am stranded for 24hrs until their next flight.
Cons: Legroom
Asia's Easyjet
Pros: I liked the price
Cons: Food is an extra cost, they even charge for water, this is a basic need, especially in hot climates!!! no entertainment and no facilities to charge electronics. Very basic airline
Too basic
Pros: I got there
Cons: Very cheap but too basic for my liking - no food (can buy it though), no water, no blankets or pillow on a night flight.
You get what you pay for. Discount carrier
Pros: Surprisingly they had a check in at the regular terminals (normally low cost carriers are at terminal 3, which you need to take a bus or walk to). The boarding was smooth and efficient though a bus gate.
Cons: Food came out our maybe 4 hours into the flight. No entertainment of course. The seats were very small and cramped. Not sure how a bigger person would do but I was in the middle seat and rubbing shoulders with both people. We also flew into Don mueang airport at Bangkok which had extraordinarily slow and long immigration lines. Spent an extra 90 minutes there. Overall a rough trip and the LCC was just part of it.
It got us there
Pros: Cheap price and we had the row to ourselves. The flight was very smooth and quiet. All in all not a bad way to travel on a budget
Cons: No food or drink or entertainment at all...
Pros: The flight was smooth. Without turbulence and landed early.
Cons: Since i checked in, the crew were makingproblems out of everything. I had to pass kilos of my belongings from bag to another three times, which was incredibly tedious and annoying. They also made me throw out things that were of small quantities But in bottles of over 100ml. And that were not liquid. Then in the plane, I asked if I could buy some of ghe hot food that was being distributed. The attendant seemed to say no, or, she would comeback later, which she didnt. So when I realized this, I asked again. It was a long flight and I was very hungry. But of course, all the hot food had now been eaten. So forlunch I had to buy expensive commercial ramen. The crew were so narrow minded. That is never good when dealing with customers. I will never be taking Air Asia in the future. Id rather pay more for better service, decent food, and a logical limit for the baggage.
Felt like a cheap airline
Pros: The service was pretty good.
Cons: Very little legroom. All drinks and food are paid-only and expensive. The food wasn't that good either.
Bad (or should I say no) service in the air!
Pros: N/A
Cons: We were not offered any drinks or food (on a fairly long flight) on over a six hour flight, so obviously I didn't like the service. I doubt I will ever fly on this airline again!
Worst flight I've ever been on
Pros: I fly about 50 times a year and this trip by far has been my worst flight. The service is horrible. Customer service is nonexistent.
Cons: Everything from the second I checked in was terrible. I cannot find one thing I was happy with.
No extras
Pros: Flight crew were friendly and courteous and seats were decently comfortable.
Cons: A long flight with a lack of in flight entertainment options and no free food (not even snacks or a drink), with those on offer at inflated prices. No blanket or pillow offered.
Never again
Pros: It sucked... no movie.. no drink had to pay for a soda 5 hours of nothing
