Cons (-) The lady that checked us in was very unfriendly and bordered on rude. Our room was unbelievable and not in a good way. I have stayed at many Shilo Inns over the years and luxury is a word that I would use to describe those hotels. This one, not at all. The room was sub-standard for a Shilo. Pros (+) An easy drive after a great concert at Maryhill. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. There is a little sitting space outside the room facing the nice grass area around the pool. Breakfast was included, and the price was very reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) There isn't an elevator so make sure you request first floor if steps are an issue.

Cons (-) Old building and smelly rooms, loud ac in the room. it's poorly understaffed in the dining room during breakfast. It was a long long wait to be seated and another long long wait to be served. The poor hard working male server had to be multitasked and race through everything. He still keeps good spirit though. Thumbs up for him.

Pros (+) Clean, smelled fine. Had a fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) There were no regular rooms facing the view, the pool was not yet open (we had 80 degree weather), no hot tub available. The from looked like it hadn't been updated in at least 20 years. Loud air conditioner.

Pros (+) The location was great. We didn't have a view of the river however we walked down one evening & it was beautiful! I would always choose this hotel over any of the other ones in the area. Overall, we love this place.
Cons (-) The bed & pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. There we loud guests who we could hear coming in and out of their rooms, slamming doors behind them.
