Pros: The staff was fabulous. Engaging, efficient and friendly. This was a great place to stay the night before steelhead fishing on the Deschutes. Prompt check in and room met my expectations.
Cons: Noise traveled between the rooms. We could hear music playing (from the parking lot or a room near us - hard to tell)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was close enough to the freeway to be convenient yet far enough away that it wasn't noisy. There was plenty of parking and the staff were extremely kind. The breakfast was pretty good too!
Cons: No
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beds were great. Room very up to date. I was very pleased.
Cons: Front desk people were not smiley. They were not rude but not very welcoming.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable. I loved that the rooms had a fridge( I have allergies and have to carry food). Loved the pool and hot tub. My only complaint is that there are no alternative food choices for your breakfasts. I have dairy and soy and gluten allergies. There was no gluten free food except fruit. No alternative yogurt or milk such as almond milk or coconut milk. I am not lured by the “ breakfast included” ads for your rooms because I know I won’t be able to eat anything. It’s typical of every motel that I have stayed at which offers breakfast but it would be AMAZING if any chain did offer alternative food.
6.7 Good
Pros: Quiet location
Cons: Breakfast egg option limited to scrambled (perhaps powdered) eggs. Greasy sausage and previously frozen potatoes offered up in the same lukewarm container. I asked for hot sauce or ketchup and was rudely directed to little squirt packs of taco sauce and ketchup! Paper plates and coffee cups and the absolute cheapest plastic service ware I have ever found!
5.8 Okay
Cons: It was a 100 degrees and AC unit wasn’t working properly. No one could sleep because it was too hot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Very clean hotel and good breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. The breakfast was well beyond what is usually offered. Rooms have recently been renovated. They even called us Shortly after check in to see if we liked the room.
Cons: No elevators. Not a big deal. A first floor room could be requested. Eating Space for breakfast is too small. They have requested additional tables, but need corporate needs to approve.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice middle level hotel. Room was pleasant and swimming pool was nice. Staff kept us waiting. No one was at desk upon our arrival but once served very nice and provided a first floor room request. You do not want to look out the room window.
Cons: Exterior to rear of building is a mess. Clean it up!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast and green space for the dog
Cons: When we got there we couldn’t find the property. Big sign on the road but hidden down a hill where you couldn’t see it. There was a lot of staff still cleaning rooms and had the laundry door open where you could see them working. I think these things should be hidden. Room seemed small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist, was wonderful! She was very helpful, told us about things happening in town, and got us into a nice room. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast staff were super helpful and polite. Very good continental hotel breakfast.

Pros: Location & price
Cons: The fragrance inside room 104 (which I stayed ) a little bit too strong. ( I wonder maybe they try get rid off smoking odor ??? even it a non smoking room)
5.0 Okay
Pros: didn't see one
Cons: security
6.0 Good
Pros: We were able to park our truck and trailer no problem
Cons: Motel 6 requires all adults to scan their drivers license. To us, this is unacceptably invasive into our personal privacy and this do not intend to stay at a Motel 6 again.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Motel 6 didn't disappoint, nice big and clean room as usual, modern bathroom, decent bed and no carpets, one of the biggest advantages of Motel 6 over the competition.
Cons: The fridge was small, there was no microwave in the room... the usual for Motel 6
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and clean. It was also quiet. Staff was great. The only thing that would have made it better was a continental breakfast.
7.9 Good
Pros: Well maintained hotel. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location. Staff was nice
Cons: Beds are hard. No breakfast offered no in room coffee pool was closed
5.0 Okay
Pros: Easy to find. Vending machines
Cons: The pillows/sheets smelled bad.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff at the front desk was very nice and professional
Cons: The bed was hard, lots of loud noises throughout the night, I'm pretty sure the towels were not changed because the wash clothes looked like they were thrown into the holder and the one I used was still wet.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and quit
Cons: Parking is a mess. But they are fixing the parking.
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable and affordable.
Cons: Check in process was annoying
7.9 Good
Pros: No Breakfast Available
Cons: When checking in at the front of the line was a couple: he was apparently just off the highway and looked and smelled like it. He was accompanied by a lady who looked and acted like she was was high on something. The two spent a good deal of time checking in with cash; first not enough and then two much. I understand the social pressures society has and certainly I don't begrudge people needed shelter but two comments (1) Their presence and actions were not a good image for your facility (2) you should be very proud and complementary to the lady on duty. Considering all she did a outstanding job of getting them checked in with a minimum of wait and trouble..

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, convenient location. Have stayed there before years ago. It was still just as good as before and I would stay there again.
Cons: no fruit choices
7.0 Good
Pros: Queen bed and pillows were comfortable. Large room. Bathroom was recently painted. Microwave and ample Mini frig.
Cons: Wi-fi was sketchy on one phone—twice connections could not be heard by receiving end; TV could not hold a steady image.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was reasonably comfortable. We had a generously sized fridge, a TV with very limited channels, & two comfortable beds. The bathroom was adequate as was the shower, though the water pressure was on the low side. It's a bit outdated and shabby, as expected. The hotel staff who checked us in was friendly and helpful and gave us a choice of floors. We appreciated her help later when a snack got stuck in the vending machine and she was ready to assist.
Cons: The pool was open but not heated & after going in during the late afternoon/early evening it was way too cold to swim in and enjoy. My husband has three black belts and spends every weekend in training and doing fist and body conditioning for punching and throwing with other large men- so when I say he couldn't get past his feet before refusing to get in further because it was so cold, you can maybe understand that it wasn't just too cold for average weanies like me, it really was unbearably cold. While the hotel did technically have this amenity available, if it can't be used, you aren't really getting your money's worth. Part of the problem is even though it was low 80's that day outside, the pool sits in a shadow most of the day and never warms up, so it needs to be heated to be a true amenity that can be used. The hotel website & front desk poster breakfast advertise a picture of breakfast that includes bacon & eggs. It's one of the reasons we thought the nightly rate would be justified. That's not what you get. Maybe some locations do that, but our breakfast definitely had no eggs, definitely had no bacon. I'll always pay more for bacon. Lower your rate or give me bacon. It's not hard. Finally, the lobby has a sign to the effect of absolutely-no-pets-in-the-lobby-period-thank-you-strictly-enforced-don't-test-us. I read this sign for the first time at breakfast while seeing no less than six different dogs occupy the lobby during check-out and even while their humans ate next to us. Just take down the sign.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Rooms needed updating
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable.
Cons: We have no complants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing to comment.
7.1 Good
Pros: Everything was alright, a normal just beyond average Super 8 hotel.
Cons: If I was the owner, I would remove the trash at the backside of the hotel (between hotel and shopping center parking lot).
4.2 Okay
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable, the bathtub made noises when standing, there was black mold or black gunk between the bathtub rim and where the shower wall begins. The breakfast gravy was cold. There should have been another person there to help the desk person. She had to work the desk as well as run the breakfast area.
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: The breakfast was not good. Very little variety and staff would not refill anything that was empty. We were very disappointed with breakfast.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location and convenient room to lobby.
Cons: Door cards never work..Bathroom lights out and 2 bright. 2 remotes for tv and always trouble which one for which feature. No eggs or sausage unlike night b4 in Bend.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly and apologetic
Cons: Elevator broken, card reader not working on door closest to our room. Room so humid it was unbearable. Bathroom has had major water damage. Man wandering in and out in bathrobe bbqing in a back area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean and quiet, no smell of smoking material at all
Cons: None

The bed was not comfortable; curtains were in disrepair; no one would get in the shower; basically as run down on the inside as the outside. Once we were in the room I didn't really feel safe. Way over priced at $125 for one night in The Dallas.
1.0 Poor
Pros: it was clean

Pros: The bed was comfortable. My room was ready on time, and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel is very close to downtown and a 5 minute walk to the Neon Museum. It is also near all of the other attractions in Dalles that many tourist will visit. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel so long as you don't mind staying in a pretty cool vintage motel.
