Pros (+) It was cheap.
Cons (-) There were drug deals going on in the parking lot and up stairs. It’s June and the pool hadn’t been cleaned or prepared, COVID or not. There was stacks of headboards piled around the pool fence covered with tarps. There was duct tape instead of a transition strip in the doorway of the bathroom. Breakfast was only cereal due to COVID.
