Only location.
The view from hotel rooms is terrible - building site with some destroyed houses.The decoration of the room is very bad tasted - red colours , like a public house. A/C was very noizy. Bathtub silikon was black, nobody clean it for ages... Hotel's corridors and rooms have old smell of cigaterres.

I've liked it very much !! The location is excellent close to restaurants,shopping street,night life etc. Breakfast was very good and the most important thing the cleanliness of the room was perfect... The hotel has a deal with private parking very close to the hotel.
Wireless internet is applicable to charges 3 euros per hour.
