We booked two rooms and I believe for the price that I paid it was very poor the cleanest of the room was not well there was stains in the bathroom and in the room One of the rooms even had a hole on the wall and I wasn’t sure if they were going to wanna blame us for it try to talk to a manager or supervisor and for some reason the staff would say they were not available when I asked if I can have a cleaning lady go to the room they said that they didn’t have a cleaning lady for the day in which I find incredible to believe do to help big this hotel is
Pros:Great view and looked clean. But the pool was not available. Room service was on point.
Cons:The staff could be a little morr friendly.there was no bellman in the morning to signal a taxi.
