Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near major transport, spacious rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Many appreciated the beautiful garden and relaxing atmosphere. However, some reviews noted dated decor, cleanliness issues in bathrooms, and uncomfortable beds. The amenities, such as restaurants and spa, were generally well received, though a few guests found the extra charges for pool access inconvenient. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for short stays or those valuing location and room size.

Pros (+) Great lobby with a courteous staff. Lots of restaurant options and fairly close to major train station.
Cons (-) The rooms were filthy with dust everywhere. The hotel had disabled air conditioning and it was 80 degrees Fahrenheit inside the rooms.
