Pros (+) We enjoyed the neighborhood Hotel Niwa is located in. Lots of eateries and convenience stores. We also appreciated the laundry facilities and massage chairs. The staff is very friendly.
Cons (-) I would look for a hotel that is even closer to the store best line.

Pros (+) Nice, we'll run hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Location, in between suidobashi and Jimbocho subway stops is ok but not the best area to be overall.
Cons (-) it was hard to control the room temperature- sometimes it would be boiling even after turning heat way down.
