The hotel was really nice, however we hd a poor experience on check in with the staff. We had communicated via email in advance and they gave us different information relative to what they communicated when we arrived. They were inflexible about our requests and ended up wasting a bunch of our limited time there.

Pros (+) Chic atmosphere (Lobby area) after the recent renovation. Excellent service and hospitality. Reasonable prices. Good food. View of Tokyo Tower. Rooms are super quiet and A/C is not too cold.
Cons (-) Location (Access is not great going anywhere). Gym is too far from Tower Hotel, so is the convenience store in the hotel. There is no Starbucks, café, convenience stores around the hotel.
