Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's stunning lakeside location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and quality restaurant. Many appreciated the beautiful views from their rooms and the convenience of nearby ferry and transport options. The recently renovated rooms, cleanliness, and comfortable atmosphere were also highlighted.
