Pros (+) The staff was amazing, at least the night clerk at check-in. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, or I'd give her a personal recommendation. Not that there was anything wrong with the daytime staff, but that night clerk set a high standard.
Cons (-) When I made the reservation, there was an airport shuttle mentioned in the advertisement. When I tried to schedule that shuttle, it was not available to me. Mine was a last minute reservation and not enough time to schedule the shuttle.
