Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviews highlighting positive experiences at reception. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms, which some guests found outdated or poorly maintained. Room size is often mentioned as small, and noise issues between rooms are noted. Despite these drawbacks, the value for price and location remain strong positives for most guests.
