Cons (-) Everything! The food was moldy and rotten, everything was expired. Was supposed to be a heated pool, it was broken but they didn’t know or care! So swimming was out of the question! And they allowed other guests to scream and yell, and play blaring music almost all night out our children got no sleep at all! And neither did we!! Worst place to stay ever!

Cons (-) The room smelled of smoke and pot, was filthy, and the “heated” pool was freezing and the room the pool was in was so cold as well. The breakfast items were stale and expired. And the noise was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The staff did nothing about the loud music or loud customers who kept partying until 5am even though we had young children. Would never stay there again!

Cons (-) The bathroom in our hotel room wasn’t very clean when we arrived. There was stuff in the fridge from the last gust. there was stuff under the beds, and in the dressers. We asked if we could have 2 keys because there were 3 of us, we were told it would take 15 mins and it took 2 hours. We had to ask twice before the manger even started making the key.

Cons (-) The room had a atrong smell of old smoke. In the past it must have been a smoking roomas the odour is still there. Not pleasent if you have never been a smoker.
