Everything is good. We enjoy our time staying there but I have a small concern that it will be better if they have microwave in the room because travelling with a toddler, it is very essential for me but other than that, the location is perfect.

Pros (+) The location is amazing in the heart of the Clifton Hill activities & only 1-2 blocks away from the falls. The rooms were quiet, couldn’t hear much commotion on a busy weekend.
Cons (-) There is no free breakfast, which I read there was on many sites.

Cons (-) Parking was not free ( $16.95 ). Room was in need of new wallpaper and paint!! Paint was peeling off in bathroom. No USB point chargers in room.

Pros (+) Close to everything. Ft desk, maid service and hotels restaurant very efficient. Parking lot sometimes full, but most everything u need is within walking distance.

Cons (-) False advertising. No restaurant or bar - advertised but was told it was seasonal Front desk staff rude Wifi - only available in hallway by the elevators and lobby Spoke to staff and was told hotel was full they didnt guarantee wifi. Would have stayed elsewhere if this was the case. No air conditioning. This was huge!!! Thought ac was broken and was told that weather was getting colder and the hot...
