Pros (+) room with a view of the falls. Very nice to see any time of day. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything. Free parking was great as well as people pay a lot of money to be in that vicinity.
Cons (-) The room could have been cleaner, especially the floor, and bathrooms.

Pros (+) It was a short walk to the falls.
Cons (-) The pool was under renovations which I was never made aware of, very dissapointing when your children get all there swim stuff on, walk across the parking lot to the main building and down a long hallway to see a room full of mattresses and furniture. Our room was not in the main building, hallways were very dirty with stained carpet, pop machine was out of order and ice machine was missing. The p...

Cons (-) Front desk was inconsistent in notifying guests of $15+tax parking fee, therefore we were unaware until check-out that this had automatically been added to our bill. Staff unwilling to waive this fee despite the fact that we hadn't been notified on check-in. Overpriced given that it was a Saturday in October, and we weren't able to access our room until 4pm even though check-in is at 3pm.

Pros (+) Fancy clear glass sink bowl impressed my daughter for a while. We were in the courtyard, able to park right outside our room, for free- which is rare in Niagra Falls. Friday night stay for about a third of the price of Embassy Suites where we had just left after two nights because their pool was closed too. I was also sick of valet, nice to have your vehicle right outside.
Cons (-) Pool was closed. Not happy about that since that's why we stayed there. But the arranged it so a 2 min walk next door to the Holiday Inn got us in to their pool instead.

Cons (-) Bathroom tissue holder broken. Part of hotel is a separate 2-story building, like a cheap motel. Which you would not know, until you are placed there at check in. When it gets colder, it becomes a problem if you are traveling with kids and want to use the pool. Parking is not free, but it's not uncommon for a Niagara hotel. Lesson for me to ask about these details before booking

Pros (+) Beds.were comfortable but room was small. Was ok as we were there to sightsee not stay in our room.
Cons (-) Disappointed in the breakfast no variety and out of a lot of items also was expecting a hotel not a motel with outside doors.
