The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The only problem was the sink faucet dripped constantly and the exhaust fan was extremely noisy. It was convenient to all the shops on Clifton Hill and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this to all.

Cons (-) Pricing was wrong compared to kayak. Kayak should total pricing including taxes. When at hotel they said that kayak was wrong and charges extra taxes. Hotel info states they are pet friendly, but apparently they are under new management and no longer pet friendly. Hotel looked rundown. Pros (+) It is only a short walk to the convention center and the falls. Charge for parking at the hotel is cheaper than most in the area.
Cons (-) I don't like that the pool closes at 8pm, very few amenities -not even free breakfast anymore, no refrigerators or microwaves, have to pay for parking.
