Pros (+) The location was excellent; convenient and easy to get to with parking out back. Wi-fi was good and as a secure place to leave your belongings, we had no issues.The rooms were mostly clean and I think the staff were quite polite.
Cons (-) I'm going to organize this into a list for the sake of readability: - The walls were paper thin. I heard children screaming, neighbors talking, and footsteps. - The bed and pillows just weren't very comfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillow if you like to sleep on your back. - There was no air conditioning, which is not mentioned anywhere in the description. - The doors barely worked. We h...

Pros (+) The location is perfect on the harbour.
Cons (-) I thought there might be enough of a breeze to cool down in the evening, but the noise from the pub below was too loud to leave the window open. It was a day below 25 degrees Celsius and still MUCH too warm in the hotel room (even with the fan provided in the room, which was definitely a very welcomed item!!) The elevator is also an issue ... only 1 elevator and it is extremely small. Unfortunatel...

Pros (+) Pool was clean but cold room was very clean.
Cons (-) The room given was 2 doors away from the pub. People were fighting smoking and being very loud till 3-4am. My. Young son was scared and couldn't sleep. Also we could hear the other rooms quite clearly including kids fight g and having temper tantrums

Cons (-) Housekeeping staff left our room door open all day (8 hours) leaving my belongings and room accessible to anyone walking pass. Brought to management attention and they have yet to respond. They said they can't do anything for us because we booked through a third party.

Pros (+) Comfy beds, nice staff, enjoyed the pool
Cons (-) The seperate boys and girls sauna was a little different. We were there for our 10 year anniversary and would have liked to gone in the sauna together. Also when checking in, the front staff said they would put something together for our anniversary but nothing came. Overall though it was a very nice stay:)

Pros (+) Location was fine.
Cons (-) View blocked by windows that were damaged and cloudy. So much for 'Harbor view' and bathroom tile was filthy. Floor under sink was really dirty. There was too much extra furniture in our tiny room making it hard to move around or even get to window.

Pros (+) Was greeted by a very personable woman. She had a great sense of humour and was very engaging with myself and other patrons. Found a couple of candy wrappers on the floor and tv could use an upgrade to at least be able to access a guide.
