Our room was “pet-friendly”, had a window, that was looking in to the wall, no natural sunlight. Hotel was “smoke-free”, with everybody smoking, and people were gathering just outside our room to smoke all the time. It was only soap and shampoo in the toiletries(no body lotion/conditioner), towels were thin and worn-out. Breakfast was a joke - horrible choices and poor selection. Not recommended!

Cons (-) The room was from 1980s the wallpaper was peeling there was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling the room was damp the carpet was damp the bed felt damp bed was very uncomfortable the room was not clean in the room had a musty old smell to it

Pros (+) Clean, bright, comfortable room. Kids loved the pool. Relaxed atmosphere. Basic exercise room.
Cons (-) It was a bit pricey for a place with zero breakfast.

Pros (+) The front desk staff. As a former hotel guest service agent I was very satisfied withthe staff and their recommendations. Young brown skin gent working the evening shift is a star and if your smart lock him down in you company.
Cons (-) The ugly design paintings in in the room. Who approved that?

Cons (-) As soon as you enter into the room you can feel a smell of mouse living in it. We found a rat which was running around behind the bed. Bugs were flying towards food. When tried calling from the room phone no one was attending the phone. Outside of the room was too dirty with rusty stairs and trash.

Pros (+) Room was very comfortable and spacious. Liked the retro decor.
Cons (-) Hugely inflated pricing for a weekend stay. Bath towels too small and too few. Spa was too busy to enjoy and facilities (shower area) lacking.
