Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location and grounds, as well as the variety and quality of amenities such as the spa and gym facilities. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, and some highlighted the relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, numerous reviews expressed disappointment with cleanliness standards, citing issues such as dirty carpets, stained bedding, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service was also a common concern, with reports of understaffing, slow or unprofessional staff, and management issues. Despite these drawbacks, the overall setting and available facilities were appreciated by many guests.
