We like the room in this hotel. I was small but nice for the one night stay at the last minute. The water was warm and the hotel provided everything i needed to dry my hair without having luggage. The morning staff were all smiles and we enjoyed putting a pin on the map up on the wall representing people from all over the world who had stayed there.

The lady at the desk when we tried to check in was less than desirable. We had to book candlewood at the last min because there was a snow storm coming and we had been driving all day. It was 1130PM! Our Company booked the room online for us and used the company card. THIS WAS A MISTAKE!!!! The person who's name is on the card has to be present to check into the hotel! Which I find absurd, do businesses not book hotels/flights on websites everyday using company cards for employees? Me and my partner had to pay for the hotel out of pocket in a stressful situation and not to mention they required a with-drawl on the account to reserve the room for the night. It was all just ridiculous and the lady at the desk was nasty and could have cared less if we had somewhere to sleep that night or not. If I had known the area better I would have for SURE looked at another place to sleep. I suggest teaching some empathy to your disrespectful staff.
