I thought the staff were extremely polite and positive, and the food was good in the Restaurant
Well, the first room I was allocated was a "standard" double room at the back of the hotel (poor view/low ceilings/noisy air conditioning outside). However, I was allocated a "City Room" for an extra few pounds which was excellent !!

The pleasant staff, the quality of food and service in the restaurant, the apartment we had was excellent. We woould certainly book again when visiting Cornwall, if you'll have us.
