If someone arrives with a partner, why does the hotel manager think it's a good idea to write a welcome letter addressed to mr and mrs. This is presumptuous, dated and sexist. Why mrs and not ms? And why assume the same surname? Shocked by this.
Staff very helpful
The Lugger is a quiet unpretentious escape from the madness of modern life! Welcoming, friendly staff, clean and very comfortable, it is a great place to relax and unwind.
Magical location. Super touches like hot chocolate & marshmallows placed in room in the evening- my wife loved the hot water bottle too ! Super evening menu changing each day with very good breakfast choices. Comfortable and indulgent stay.
Parking is tight and prices high- its a captive market really.....however whilst drinks & wine are great quality it means an expensive break or holiday is likely.
Recently renovated 3 double bedroom cottage overlooking the sea. Spotless with fantastic furnishings. 3 en-suite bathrooms with amazing toiletries. Beautiful kitchen and fully equipped.
Loved all of it.
