Pros (+) Front desk staff on every day except the day I checked out were GREAT! Very friendly, helpful. No issue whatsoever. Petra (lady who cleaned our room) was wonderful. Very polite, did a great job and very friendly.
Cons (-) On the day we checked out, the young lady who was at the desk was physically there but NOT engaged. She was on her cell phone. Was suppose to have breakfast ready but coffee was out at 630 (breakfast started at 6). Milk for cereal had not yet been put out on the table. Danishes were frozen. Extremely day service that one day. Other four days we were there, NO ISSUE!
