Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor service, unreturned deposits, and rude staff as major issues. Cleanliness was also a significant concern, with reports of dirty rooms, pests, and maintenance problems. Some guests mentioned problems with noise and value for price, including unexpected charges and double billing. However, a few reviews highlighted the hotel's convenient location and, in rare cases, friendly staff or good value.AI-generated from customer reviews
