It was a nice clean place. Nice pool, free bikes, be quick otherwise the best ones are gone... The breakfast was not really special. Close to the centre 3 min walk.
Garden is very nice.
We paid about 200 dollars a night for a 2 bed apartment and for that expected something pretty decent. The living room had no air con and looked directly out on to the breakfast area so you had to keep the blinds shut unless you wanted everyone having their breakfast to be looking straight in at you. This meant the living room was both hot and dark so we basically couldn't use it. We then went in the pool and my daughter came out covered in blue paint which stuck to her skin. We were really disappointed and asked to leave but the manager said we could only leave if we still paid which obviously we couldn't afford to do. The following day the owner did agree for us to leave without penalty and we were very glad to go somewhere much much more upmarket for less money! I'm fine with somewhere a bit rustic and shabby at the edges but not at this price- massively overpriced for what it is.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in during my 2 week holiday in the Yucatan Peninsula. Absolutely beautiful setting and great location, especially as I was on my own and it was very easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Loved the free bike hire, and delicious, fresh breakfast. The pool was so welcoming, and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I also really appreciated the filled water jar in the room. Thank you very much.
Everything. Amazing location walking distance from all bars and restaurants. Free bikes to cycle to ruins or cenotes. Fabulous rooms with 5 star hotel like toiletries and gowns. Beautifully decorated hotel with amazing pool and terrace that feels like a little jungle. Lovely fresh fruit and Mexican eggs for breakfast. Very nice chilled owner. This place is an amazing find!
I can't think of anything. The pool is a little tired but fabulous to have all the same.
