Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location near Uxmal ruins, its historical charm, and the friendliness of the staff. Many appreciate the beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. However, several reviews mention issues with value for price, such as being moved to different hotels or rooms, and feeling that the cost did not match the experience. The restaurant is frequently cited as a weak point, with closures, high prices, or limited options. Despite some dated facilities and occasional service lapses, the overall experience is positive for those seeking a unique and tranquil stay close to the archaeological site.
