Pros: Good localisation 5mn to the main site. Quiet place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful nice pool, very peaceful, very good price. Free coffee. Nice view! Middle of jungle. Good price of meals.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The weather was nice that day
Cons: Hotel is very old and the rooms are in a terrible state. We were given a room that was so dirty and dusty with gecko excrements on the surfaces and coffee plates that we asked to be given another room. Next too r was slightly cleaner. Good idea to check the room before checkin and make sure it is clean.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: View! Spacious room.
Cons: Couldn't connect to wi-fi in our room. Would like more than 2 towels. A hand towel and floor towel would be nice. Everything else was great! Thank you.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nearby Uxmal
Cons: Very basic and not very clean. Not much going on in the evening. You will need to drive in the evening to find a nicer place for dinner.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: lovely place just 7 min drive from Uxmal ruins. pool till 10 pm, restaurant on spot
Cons: ventilator in the bathroom would help
7.0 Good
Pros: Value for money is good, it is a bit an outdated place but the rooms have a lot of space and overall the price paid is correct.
Cons: The facilities are a bit outdated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for one night on our little road trip, and it turned out to be very convenient. You can see the ruins of Uxmal from the hotel over the treetops. We had a very simple breakfast, and dinner was good and for a reasonable price. The soap and shampoo are very nicely scented. Staff were really nice
Cons: The showerhead was spraying water in all directions. Don't expect great luxury. It's just really convenient.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The pool, comfortable bed and close proximity to ruins made this repeat stay worthwhile. Reasonable prices at restaurant we thought. All foreign guests which is good to share experiencs.. Well light room with full wall of windows to pool view are great.
Cons: Dispute my being recognized as a multi time visitor the manager would not honor the reduced rate offered to me in my last visit. He had me laboriously take the time to make the reservation over the internet . It was a real hassle and dispute me showing him the confirmation of the reservation he delayed giving us the room key. They wanted to take my phone and produce a copy if the Reservation which I would not allow. No one has ever asked for this! They just don't understand or trust that once you have the confirmation number they are assured payment. They even asked me to pay the full room rate before getting the key. Fortunate for me the relented and gave me the key but the wait with my 95 year old mother who suffered in her wheel chair left a bad taste. It us a great facility but they need ti be educated on how to treat guests. We booked on the internet and the hotel made less money then if they had accepted my offer. We were going ti spend a week but left early and headed back to great, cheap accommodations in Merida. Hope this helps other travelers and hope the hotel learns about how reservation come in. U work in the travel industry and live in Mexico. Thus hotel is good if you need air conditioning and pool.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was wonderful. The grounds great.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Most people stay just a night or two to see the ruins of Uxmal. We stayed a week. The staff were wonderful, as were the pool and the restaurant. We also toured the Ruta Puuc, enjoyed the chocolate museum (they also have rescued wildlife and a Mayan chocolate ceremony) and swam in local cenotes. The planetarium film was short but informative. Very nice place! Wide shady verandas. Our room had a balcony too and we loved the bird songs.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hacienda style is carried out throughout the property. But what I really liked besides the spacious room was the sound of all the birds and the locally made shampoo and soaps. The food in the restaurant was also excellent and fresh!
Cons: The pool was a tad disappointing only because the depth was so shallow in most of the pool - not great for swimming!

Cons: The restaurant was a little too formal for us. We did not eat there in the evening

Pros: You can not go better on the location - 30sec away from the ruins and Choco museum. Staff was just amazing and made our 2 days in Uxmal worth remembering, despite having an ill child.
