Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, often highlighting its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and beautiful views. Many also appreciated the breakfast, describing it as good or varied. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting unclean rooms, old furniture, and insufficient cleaning services. Service was also criticized, with complaints about unhelpful staff and slow check-in. Some guests mentioned small room sizes and lack of amenities like air conditioning or bathroom hoses. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
