Stunning suite, excellent food actually enjoyed lunch rather than tea but don't come here if you want to lose wieght as the food is delicious! Ranger Bonwel was a superb guide. This is an eco friendly reserve so don't expect to be driven over bushes to get closer to the game they respect the land and stick to the road. Max 4 vehicles at a sighting which is good. just take a zoom lens!
One of the stand out features is the jacuzzi unfortunately ours was cold. Luckily my daughters was working fine so I popped next door and used theirs.

Welcome drinks at the gate. Perhaps lose the lunch and have a brunch like other game lodges do?

I think they need to upgrade their facilities. The price we paid too high for the quality of the spa, gym, etc.

Game drive needs to be more informative, more attention to detail is required - taking into account this is a 5 star lodge. Staff friendly, but lacks management and leadership to make it a 5 star experience.
