Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and found the beds comfortable. However, many were disappointed with the breakfast, citing issues such as limited selection, poor quality, and lack of communication about delays. Several reviews mentioned cleanliness concerns, noise from the street or nearby venues, and some maintenance issues in rooms. Service experiences varied, with some guests complimenting friendly staff and others reporting difficulties with check-in or unstaffed reception.
