Pros (+) Can't speak highly enough of Sabrina at reception. She was extremely calm kind and professional in helping me locate my lost luggage. She was an angel during an upsetting experience for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful during our stay. While not a luxury hotel everything was clean and modern. The bar and restaurant were also very nice. Keep in mind that this hotel is located on a small island...
Cons (-) While the main parts of Venice are just across the water you still have to use the vaporetto system. This involved buying a transit pass which was a little confusing to us. There is also a free shuttle boat to Arsenale which I wish we had used instead and walked to the other stops.
