Pros (+) Close to the highway. In a relatively safe area. Close to the beach.
Cons (-) Many of the lights didn't work because bulbs were missing or the switches were broken. The carpet was tattered and needed to be replaced. The shower floor had a nasty film on it. AC didn't work. Just periodically blew air. No wifi code to access the wifi and the phone couldn't call the lobby because many of the buttons were missing

Pros (+) Friendly staff and good location, pool (but given by the bad constitution of premise in general there is no wish to get in deeper touch with)
Cons (-) The linen was dirty, not only linen itself but like a person was sleeping in while wearing his or her clothing; very old furnished and smelling bad, the TV said: no signal (maybe just in my room)

Cons (-) Bed sheets were dirty. Bed was super uncomfortable. There was a lot of transients walking about at night. Carpet shredded. The smell of cigarettes was unbearable, the sheets were penetrated. I understand people need to make a living & this is their business, but maintain it!! Very filthy! i would never stay here again.
