The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the area.
The room was dated and smelled musty. But for $60 it was ok.

The room was furnished as cheaply as humanly possible. Very tiny complimentary benefits...like the size of a ketchup packet, no tissue, thread bare towels. I was surprised there was even a spare roll of TP!

The location was quite far from downtown and you basically need to have a car to get to downtown. The place is old and bit worn. Stains on sofa and one lamp lacked a bulb.
