The hotel staff was amiable and courteous. The rooms were big and very clean. The minibar was actually reasonably priced, stocked with soft drinks, water, and alcoholic beverages. We were just down the street from the metro, with only a few stops to the main city centre. Best of all, breakfast was amazing. Lots of food including hard boiled eggs, sausages, meats, rolls, donuts, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, etc. Delicious!
The street seemed a little sketchy at first, but the hotel itself is incredibly safe, clean, and comfortable.
The room was clean, the hotel is rather far from the city centre but close to Shinbrunn castel and to a metro station
The hotel is located in a restricted parking area: this isn't claimed on the hotel website and the staff didn't tell us. The result is that I should pay a 20 € fine
It's very convenient for getting to St Stephensplatz and it's a very pleasent hotel with very nice staff.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room although this is normal for Austria.
Tiny TV, Tiny blanket, basic room with no charm, too expensive but like many hotels in Vienna
Staff is extremely helpful and the location is very nice: it happened to be rather quiet place and lively at the same time with shops and lots of transport nearby; it was comfortable stay: the room was spacious, bed was comfy and I could not hear my neighbors at all.
If rooms were provided with coffe/tee facilities the hotel would be perfect for me.
Staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable with the language & normal routine. Breakfast was Excellent!!
very informative staff and great big rooms
the area is in the red light district but we did not feel theratened and it is just a few blocks from the underground
Friendliness of the staff.
Cute, small, neat, clean, cosy hotel with very nice helpful staff. Gives the earnest service that are lacking in other hotels. Very well thought furnishings too. Excellent
Can't think of any at the moment
close proximity to public transportation, good buffet breakfast
