Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. However, many express dissatisfaction with the service, citing unfriendly or unhelpful staff and issues with housekeeping. Noise is a significant concern for several guests, with complaints about both external and internal disturbances, particularly from cleaning staff and lack of soundproofing. Overall, while the location and cleanliness are strong positives, improvements in service and noise control are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
