I was placed on the 2nd floor, which was easily accessible via elevator. The 2nd floor was thankfully very quiet throughout the night. My only complaint was that housekeeping used the immediate room next to mine and they were in and out, being noisy.
Being placed right next to a room where housekeeping was set up. They were in and out of their room later in the evening and early in the morning. I don't think the floor was that full that I couldn't have been placed in a room next to an empty room.
Nice idea for rooms
Staff has poor attitude. Night front desk lady with very short hair needs a course in customer service. and breakfast guy is judgemental about people that wake up "late," but he is still nice, although he cleaned up before breakfast was officially over

Room for improvement was customer service by front desk, but I came in around 11 pm, so I understand that night shift is very difficult.
There was hair in the bathroom. The shower had mold/mildew. Our key card stopped working the second day, despite us being booked for two days.
Clean and quiet. Really like the hotel.
Check in lady was not very nice and they werent wearing masks and also handling cards with out gloves or hand sanitizer.

Room was kind of dirty...not sure if it was a bad remodel or sloppy cleaning job. Room smelled like cigarettes. Felt like I could have stayed at a much better/cleaner place for the price.

The location of the hotel is great for us when we come down to visit Vincennes. Everyone is friendly and the rooms are always nice and clean. The free breakfast was very nice. I think it deserves more than 2 stars.
