Cons:Floor was so dirty feet turned black just walking from bathroom to bed! People outside yelling and cussing until 3 AM! Beds are only doubles.

Pros:Only 1 block from the beach and boardwalk
Cons:Rooms were not very clean and they were in need of maintenance and repair. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Outside porch and railing has chipping and cracking cement and a rusty rail. Would never go back.

Cons:Sand on the floor. Scratchy sheets. Ceiling leaked when it rained. Other guests there for sex and Or fighting. Unbelievably terrible motel. Marriott wasn't that much more money and plenty of discount chains nearly. Go elsewhere!

Pros:Proximity to Boardwalk
Cons:Room was filthy. Beer stains on nightstand, bugs crawling around, strands of hair everywhere, looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Bathtub was disgusting. For $200 a night it wasn't what I expected.

Pros:The room itself was relatively updated and appeared clean, for the most part. I had a beautiful view of the ocean, even though it was not directly oceanfront. It was very conveniently located.
Cons:The hotel itself looks like an absolute dive, stairways were dark and stairs were literally falling apart, and the elevator was also questionable. It cost WAY too much for what you get, even at peak season. One bed didn't have a top sheet on it and the bedspread looked soiled. It was also VERY NOISY.

Cons:My friends and I arrived at the Blue Marlin on 6/9/15 at 12:15 AM. There was no one at the front desk and all the lights were off. We rang the bell, knocked on the windows/doors, called the phone and walked around the building. We waited around for 20 minutes and no one came. We went to another hotel and even the person working there called the Blue Marlin office for us and no one picked up. I called the next day requesting my money back and the hostess claimed that I was a no show and kept speaking over me. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. Never been treated this way by someone that I was bringing business to. NEVER booking this place and never ever recommending to anyone.

Pros:I liked the location. It was one block from the beach and was easy to walk to restaurants and shops.
Cons:I didn't like the dirty room. Looks like no one cleaned the sheets and no one bothered to clean the floor. Appliances in the room were damaged. The inn had a college feel to it because many other visitors hung outside their rooms smoking weed and getting drunk. They were very loud and you could hear everything from inside our room.
