Clean the room actually
I like the room size
The toilet didn't flush at all even after they sent someone to fix it TV in the bedroom didn't work The bed sheets was still dirty They need to replace towels and wash cloths The mattress for pull out sofa was clean but very thin
The location is perfect
The hotel is very outdated and dirty. There’s only one elevator that takes forever to get in and usually has staff on it with dirty linens and mop water. While waiting for the elevator at one point we were about to get on until a staff member stopped us and said she was waiting first. Since she had laundry with her we couldn’t fit in the elevator and had to walk down seven flights of stairs. The sheets and comforter had brown spots on them. We booked two nights, but left after one. The only highlights were location and the woman that helped us check in.
The sink in the bathroom was stopped up, it was still food in the refrigerator from the guest before us, also there was no trash can or bags in the room.
The location. The front desk manager, hotel manager and night auditor were very polite and understanding to the concerns addressed. The hotel manager worked quickly to provide a resolution unlike many complaints state.
We checked in at 4:30am with 5 kids. To start, a group of 15 guys were about to fight right behind our vehicle. After getting up to the room and unloading we noticed a strange smell but didnt think much. We went to put the kids in the bed (room 411) and noticed that the sheets were damp so got new sheets...come to find out the whole bed UNDER the a/c was wet and the carpet was soaked. The smell was mildew and to the point that it was burning everyone noses and caused asthma flare ups. The front desk said that they were booked 100% and no other partner hotel had room. We ended up waiting for a room to become available after someone checked out that morning and moved into that. Once we were finally settled into a room things went better and thankfully we got an updated room. This is not the most family friendly location- a lot of partying, fighting, drinking and drugs. The outside smells of marijuana 90% of the time.
