Air conditioning was inadequate, the room was 75 degrees. The small unit was not able to cool the room Room and bathroom were dated. Parking was inconvenient. Across the street in parking garage

Pros (+) Location, location, location.
Cons (-) The Hotel's restaurant wasn't open, even for room service, which I understand during Covid-19, but closed with NO room service is a missed revenue stream. Guests, including myself, had to use Grubb or pizza or sandwich businesses that were open.

Pros (+) Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful.
Cons (-) Parking was non existent out side of the facility. You have to park in a garage across from the hotel even though there are spots outside ( mainly parking for the bank next door)

Cons (-) Hearing people in the next room having sex at 8-9 am in the morning in a hotel that has families. No do not disturb signs in the rooms.

Pros (+) Nice rooms, nice foyer area. Staff was friendly and professional but they did not know how to proceed about a service animal. The hotel was in a great location and they have good bathroom products.
Cons (-) Other reviews said the bathroom was not clean. Overall it was clean but the bottom of the bathtub felt slimy. They need to scrub the bathtub with a gritty cleanser. The price point of the room should be lower and they do not provide any breakfast.

Pros (+) The hotel was very clean and well maintained in all of the areas that we frequented this past weekend. All was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend.
Cons (-) The only aspect that we didn't like was that there was no continental style breakfast for the guests. For couples like us who are not rich but would gladly pay for excellent service, this would have greatly increased the value for us and would have helped us to stay in the hotel more to spend more money. Even the Holiday Inn Express has a breakfast but I would happily pay to stay at this hotel bec...
