The idea of separate buildings is nice. I also enjoyed the coffee corner in my building inclusive free beverages and coffee.
Sorry to say but the room wasn’t really clean. Especially the bathroom. In addition an overnight stay in a 33 degree warm room without air condition ist really uncomfortable.
the room is a bit small
Good people. Beautiful setting.
Not very accomodating to older (Walking with difficulty) people. Lots of stairs; no handholds and slippery floor in shower: terrible lighting after dark (names of, and directions to various buildings can not be found). No parking close to many of the buildings.
the whole property is really nice, very green park and buildings spaced out. In the building of my room downstairs there was a nice living space to sit and a terrace with some tables to sit out there which I appreciated and used since sitting in my room was no option. there was permanent coffee and very nice good quality tea selection available including good quality cookies which I appreciated very much. Nice breakfast buffet and friendly service in main building with a wonderful old decorative interior. good parking facilities.
single room at back of Boomgaard building was very small, bathroom very very small and the shower is not separated from the toilet so it does get wet when you shower. the room did not have decent curtains to close off the windows. there was a building on another property behind that had 4 big lamps the whole night shining towards the room which prevented me from having a good night sleep.
The shower was soo tiny that they had to hang the toilet role above your head. The shower flooded the whole bathroom floor . The window opened only in a way that everybody can climb into the room, it was dated and looked from the 70’ s. The add shows a beautiful land house but the rooms are in a different place which is not announced on the website.
